T-Shirt Printing

We were the pioneers of the Fast Response Medium Wave NDA lamps which were specifically designed for the textile industry.

They give an instant heat output with a higher MW output than other conventional Infrared lamps.

It is ideal for the drying of inks onto T-shirts given the quick drying speed and energy efficiency of the technology within the screen-printing process.

Flame Retardant Clothing

Infrared technology can be used to significantly increase capacity during the drying process of manufacturing flame retardant textiles such as upholstery, curtains, etc.

Specialist chemicals are applied to the particular textile and the needs to undergo a drying process. Infrared heating is a much quicker and energy efficient in comparison to the alternatives out there.

Shoe Manufacturing

Infrared heat technology is used for many applications including for the production of certain shoes.

During the manufacturing process the sole needs to be secured to the many body of the shoe, quite often this is done by applying an adhesive that will then be activated or dried into place.

Infrared heating is brilliant for this process due to the instant heat output, penetrative heat and it doesn’t damage the sole.

It will improve the drying time and be much more energy efficient than alternatives.
